Payment Policy

This policy explains payments for direct purchases from boostexltd.shop. BOOSTEX LTD is the seller. Read it with the Terms of Service.

Currency and the final total

Prices are in pounds sterling, GBP (£), including applicable taxes. Review the goods, quantities, any discount and final total before committing to pay. Standard shipping is free under the Shipping Policy, without a minimum spend. Optional additional paid services require your agreement.

A bank account in another currency can be subject to the provider's exchange rate and charges. Those provider arrangements are separate from the GBP price of the order.

Methods and payment status

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Choose a method shown for the transaction and follow any authentication instructions from the relevant service. The presence of a provider logo elsewhere does not determine availability for a particular purchase.

A pending authorisation, completed charge, order acknowledgement and dispatch are different events. Review the checkout information and order confirmation, and contact us if the status is unclear. We do not promise in this policy that capture always occurs immediately or only on dispatch.

Failed or duplicate payment attempts

If an attempt appears unsuccessful, check the order status before repeatedly submitting payment. Contact support@boostexltd.shop with the checkout email, approximate time and any order reference. For a suspected duplicate, provide relevant references or redacted transaction evidence so we can investigate.

Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords or authentication codes. Your bank or provider can explain a pending entry on its side; we can check the order and payment records available to us.

Refunds

The Return and Refund Policy sets out eligibility, amounts and deadlines. Statutory cancellation refunds are due without undue delay within the applicable 14-day deadline; the starting event depends on whether goods are being returned or collected. Inspection does not restart the legal clock.

Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another lawful method, without a refund fee. Payment-provider posting time is separate from our refund obligation. We do not require store credit instead of an entitled refund or make an unverified bank-credit estimate. If a refund is missing, contact us so we can investigate its status.

Purchases through BoostexLtd on Etsy use Etsy's checkout arrangements. For a marketplace payment enquiry, use the associated Etsy order conversation.

The address identifies our registered office. Please request the correct destination before sending goods back; it is not advertised as a showroom, collection point or walk-in returns counter.
