Terms of service

These terms apply to consumer purchases from boostexltd.shop for UK delivery. The seller is BOOSTEX LTD. Read the product information, these terms, our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy before ordering. You may save a copy for your records.

The seller

The address identifies our registered office. Please request the correct destination before sending goods back; it is not advertised as a showroom, collection point or walk-in returns counter.

Product information and suitability

Our range includes consumer products such as water toys, technology accessories and jewellery. Use each listing to check the specific materials, dimensions, quantity, included accessories, compatibility and age or safety information. A product photograph does not imply that every illustrated accessory is included.

For toys, follow the stated age suitability, warnings and supervision instructions. For electronic accessories, check compatibility, power requirements and any battery or charging instructions. For jewellery, check stated materials and dimensions rather than assuming that a product is precious metal or suitable for every sensitivity. Ask before ordering if a particular characteristic is important.

These practical checks do not transfer our responsibility to supply lawful, accurately described goods to you. A general warning about screen colour or product variation does not excuse a material mismatch or undisclosed defect.

Ordering and contract formation

Review the chosen product, options, quantity, address and final total before submitting an order with an obligation to pay. You can correct information using the basket and checkout controls before submission. Contact us promptly if you notice an error afterwards.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation expressly accepting the order. An automated acknowledgement that we have received a request, or a temporary payment authorisation, does not on its own establish acceptance. Keep the confirmation and ask us if the status is unclear.

If an item is unavailable or a material error affects the order, we will explain the issue and available options. We will not impose a higher price or materially different substitute without your agreement. Where a purchase is cancelled and money is due back, we will refund it. This clause does not allow us to disregard a binding contract or your statutory remedies.

Price and payment

Prices and checkout totals are in GBP (£). Consumer prices include applicable taxes; the final total must be shown before you commit to pay. Standard shipping is free under the Shipping Policy. We do not add optional paid extras without your agreement.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. A payment authorisation can differ from a completed charge. Contact us before repeating a payment if its result is unclear. The Payment Policy explains payment enquiries and refunds.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom. The standard estimate is 1–2 business days for handling plus 2–3 business days in carrier transit: 3–5 business days in total. Consult the Shipping Policy and check the arrangements for your postcode and item before relying on a particular delivery date. Handling must not be added again to the total.

Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods must be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days after the contract is made. If we miss an agreed essential date, refuse delivery, or fail to deliver within an appropriate additional period where required, your legal cancellation rights apply. Where we arrange the carrier, risk normally remains with us until you or your nominated recipient takes physical possession.

Returns and product rights

Our voluntary return offer allows notice within 30 calendar days of receipt, followed by dispatch back within 14 calendar days of notice. Goods returned solely under that offer must be unused and complete, with original packaging where reasonably available. Change-of-mind postage is paid by the customer where disclosed before purchase; there is no restocking fee. A different purchase is handled through a return and new order, subject to availability.

Statutory cancellation, inspection and faulty-goods rights are separate. The Return and Refund Policy explains the 14-day statutory notification period, return period, refund deadlines and any applicable exceptions. We cover reasonable necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods where required. Mandatory remedies are not restricted to our voluntary return window.

Website use and information

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, interfere with other customers or distribute malicious software. Keep any account credentials secure. These rules do not restrict honest complaints or lawful consumer rights.

Website text, photographs and branding may belong to us or other rights holders. Buying goods does not grant an unrestricted licence to reproduce that material commercially. You may retain product and order information needed for your own transaction.

The Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. Accepting sales terms does not automatically authorise optional marketing or tracking.

Etsy transactions

BoostexLtd on Etsy is also operated by BOOSTEX LTD. Etsy orders use the terms and protections for that marketplace transaction. A marketplace review, promotion or delivery offer does not automatically describe a direct website purchase.

Complaints, liability and governing law

Send complaints to support@boostexltd.shop with the order reference, issue and remedy sought. We will investigate and explain our response. If unresolved, we will provide dispute-resolution information where required by law, including relevant alternative dispute resolution information and whether we will participate. No membership of a particular ADR scheme is claimed here.

You remain free to seek independent advice, use an applicable payment-provider dispute process or bring a legal claim. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory consumer rights remain intact.

English law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections and court-access rights available where you live in the UK. Changes to terms apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing contract.
