BOOSTEX LTD is the legal operator and seller responsible for boostexltd.shop. This notice identifies the company and explains where to find the terms applicable to direct purchases.

The address identifies our registered office. Please request the correct destination before sending goods back; it is not advertised as a showroom, collection point or walk-in returns counter.

BOOSTEX LTD is a private limited company incorporated on 17 February 2025. Its public registration record is available from Companies House. The incorporation date relates to the company, not a claim that every website or marketplace channel began trading on that date.

The registered office is disclosed as company information. It is not presented as the dispatch warehouse, a public showroom or a place for customer collections or in-person returns. Email support before returning goods so that the correct return instructions can be supplied.

Sales, prices and consumer rights

Direct website purchases are governed by the Terms of Service and the specific product information and commitments applicable to the order. The Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy explain delivery and after-sales rights.

Prices are in GBP (£), including applicable taxes. The final order total must be available before purchase. Statutory consumer protections are not excluded by this notice.

Content and external platforms

Text, images, branding and other content may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to BOOSTEX LTD or other rights holders. You may save information needed for your own purchase; commercial reproduction requires the appropriate permission.
